To be specific, it’s the new Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid, and it has 671 Horsepower being sent to all four wheels.
Porsche had used the technology developed from the mighty 918, and the Panamera S E-Hybrid to make this beast as powerful as a Lamborghini Aventador and as economical as a Prius. What this is, is a Lion fed with a vegetarian diet…
Again, this thing is quite a beast, but it is the most expensive compared to it’s rivals, Audi. With a price ranging from $97,300 (Base Model), to an eye watering $221,700 US (Turbo S E-Hybrid Executive), it’s an astronomically high price, which is not good, compared to the Audi RS7’s $100,000 EST to $150,000 EST.
But that doesn’t hurt the fact that it’s a bloody power house. It uses the same, already powerful, and very brutish 4.0 V8 w/ 542bhp from the regular Panamera Turbo, but with an electric motor producing 134bhp acting as extra boost, it achieves an astronomical high horsepower figure of 671, and that’s more than a 911 Turbo S, man alive.
The torque figure too, is at an astronomical rate of 627 lb ft, most of which is [probably] available at anything above 1500 RPM, which is impressive.
Like all new cars that have been announced recently, it’s going to make a debut at the Geneva Motor Show, where Porsche confirms amazing performance figures like a McLaren F1 fast 0-60 time, which is 3.2 seconds.
It also has a top speed approaching the 200 MPH zone, which makes it faster than the Porsche 959.
Then we get to the driving distance and fuel economy. The new Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid can whizz around silently for up to 30 miles, depending on how you drive, of course. And with hybrid power, the new E-Hybrid Panemera Turbo S scored 97.4 MPG, which is unbelievable, in the same way that it’s stupidly unrealistic. But then again, Porsche is owned by Volkswagen, so…
So, the new brutish Panamera Turbo S E-Hybrid. Do you like the price tag? Do you like the tremendously fake 97.4 MPG? Do you think that everybody will like it? If not, then comment what you think about the new, most powerful Porsche Panamera down below.
